No. Your data runs inside your own sovereign boundary — on infrastructure it never leaves — and is never used to train or fine-tune any model, ours or a vendor’s. Every workflow is built to be observable and auditable end to end, so you can show exactly where your data lives at every step.

What does CMMC 2.0 mean for AI tools?

Routing Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) through a commercial multi-tenant LLM or SaaS AI tool takes it outside your accreditation boundary — that is a NIST SP 800-171 problem regardless of where CMMC itself stands. Third-party C3PAO certification was suspended as a condition of award on July 13, 2026, but DFARS 252.204-7012, NIST 800-171, your SPRS score and your annual affirmations were not, and with no assessor verifying the claim your own attestation is the record.
