How does the free plan work?
Signals Free is free forever, with limits. You sign up with your email; no card is needed. The limits are listed on the Free card above. Upgrade whenever you need more.
How does the free trial work?
Every new account starts with full Signals free for 14 days. No card is needed and nothing is charged. When the trial ends, your account moves to the Free plan and keeps working. If you choose a paid plan, billing starts the day you subscribe; there is no second trial.
Can I pay annually?
Yes. Starter is $49/mo or $490/yr. Pro is $149/mo or $1,490/yr. A year costs the same as ten months.
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. Your data and saved searches are preserved.
What data sources does Signals use?
SAM.gov opportunities, Federal Register notices, GovInfo (BILLS/CHRG/GAO reports), Congress.gov legislation, SEC EDGAR filings, and 15+ RSS feeds from defense and compliance publications.
Is Signals built for CMMC compliance?
Signals is built for CMMC compliance, for defense contractors working toward CMMC 2.0. It runs in AWS GovCloud (US) and works with public opportunity data, so it never needs your CUI. Signals is not CMMC certified, and using it does not certify your organization.
What is the Government plan?
The Government plan adds a deployment built for FedRAMP and IL4/IL5 environments, government procurement support (including purchase orders) and a dedicated government sector team. Cabrillo is not FedRAMP Authorized. Contact sales to learn more.

How does pricing work across products?
Each Cabrillo product is priced independently. CabrilloOS — the private AI layer that connects all products — is included at no additional cost with every product you use.
Is there a free tier?
Yes. Signals and CalibrationOS both offer free plans with no credit card required. Signals Free is free forever, with limits, and every new Signals account can try full Signals free for 14 days first. CalibrationOS includes 25 equipment assets.
What is CabrilloOS?
CabrilloOS is the private AI layer included with every Cabrillo product. It coordinates intelligence across all connected modules through a cross-product vector database. Each product you add makes every other product smarter. No extra cost.
Can I bundle products?
Yes. Suite Pro ($749/mo) bundles ProposalOS + FinanceOS Starter. Suite Enterprise ($2,199/mo) bundles ProposalOS + FinanceOS Enterprise. Both include CabrilloOS cross-product intelligence.
Are Cabrillo products built for CMMC compliance?
Yes. Every product is built for CMMC 2.0 compliance: encrypted data at rest and in transit, role-based access control, immutable audit logs and infrastructure designed for CUI handling. With a private deployment, your data stays inside your own environment. Cabrillo products are not CMMC certified, and using them does not certify your organization.
