How does the free plan work?
Sign up with your email — no credit card required. You get 14-day access to the Free tier with tracked opportunities, saved searches, and weekly digests. After 14 days you can continue on Free or upgrade.
What happens during the free trial on Starter or Pro?
You get full access to all features in that tier for the trial period. No charge until the trial ends. Cancel anytime from the Signals dashboard.
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. Your data and saved searches are preserved.
What data sources does Signals use?
SAM.gov opportunities, Federal Register notices, GovInfo (BILLS/CHRG/GAO reports), Congress.gov legislation, SEC EDGAR filings, and 15+ RSS feeds from defense and compliance publications.
Is the platform CMMC compliant?
Yes. Signals was built for CMMC-compliant defense contractors. The architecture follows NIST 800-171 controls and all data is processed in US-based infrastructure.
What is the Government plan?

How does pricing work across products?
Each Cabrillo product is priced independently. CabrilloOS — the private AI layer that connects all products — is included at no additional cost with every product you use.
Is there a free tier?
Yes. Signals and CalibrationOS both offer free plans with no credit card required. Signals Free gives you 14 days of free access; paid plans (Starter/Pro) include a 14-day free trial. CalibrationOS includes 25 equipment assets.
What is CabrilloOS?
CabrilloOS is the private AI layer included with every Cabrillo product. It coordinates intelligence across all connected modules through a cross-product vector database. Each product you add makes every other product smarter. No extra cost.
Can I bundle products?
Yes. Suite Pro ($749/mo) bundles ProposalOS + FinanceOS Starter. Suite Enterprise ($2,199/mo) bundles ProposalOS + FinanceOS Enterprise. Both include CabrilloOS cross-product intelligence.
Is the platform CMMC 2.0 compliant?
