Cabrillo Club is led by its two founders, who are also the only two people with administrative access to the production environment. The people you meet here are the people who do the work.
Josef Dobriski
Chief Executive Officer & Co-Founder
Josef Dobriski co-founded Cabrillo Club and leads the company from Santa Barbara, California. He is its sole security owner of record and the named owner of its NIST SP 800-171 program, and he administers the AWS GovCloud (US) enclave the platform runs in directly rather than delegating it. The compliance posture Cabrillo sells is the one he signs for.
James Chavez
Chief Operating Officer & Co-Founder
James Chavez co-founded Cabrillo Club and runs operations and engineering execution. He is one of only two people holding administrative access to the production AWS GovCloud (US) environment, and he owns execution of the company’s identity and access-control remediation program.

We run in AWS GovCloud (US)
Our own platform runs in a dedicated AWS GovCloud (US) enclave in us-gov-west-1 — the government partition, not a commercial region. The same architecture we deploy for customers is the one we operate ourselves.
We hold ourselves to NIST SP 800-171
Cabrillo runs its own 800-171 program with written, version-controlled policies — personnel security, data classification, endpoint and workstation, audit-log retention, and a documented AWS shared-responsibility matrix.
Two named people hold privileged access
Every human with administrative access to our production environment is named on this page. There is no anonymous ops team behind the login.
Four products are live today
Signals, ProposalOS, CalibrationOS and FinanceOS are running in production. The roadmap on our About page marks what is live and what is still planned, without blurring the two.
